Template Column A (STR#) and Column B (Property Name) are strictly locked and read-only. You can modify each hotel's PMS assignment (MEWS / TWIK / Ignore) and attachment filename keywords at any time.

STR Output Directory & Built-in Master Template

After each run, the generated STR file is automatically renamed to Daily Format with Segmentation + TODAY(YYYYMMDD).xls and saved to the output folder below.

Daily Automated Execution Schedule (Built-in Scheduler)

When enabled, the Web service automatically executes the full workflow (Fetch Emails -> Populate STR -> Send Email) every day at the specified time.

Web Console Security & Access Password

Protect your STR Daily Figure Automation tool from unauthorized public or LAN access. When set, anyone opening this web console must enter this password.

To change the password, enter a new one and click Update Password. All active sessions will require the new password.

Email Service Provider Mode

Choose between local Windows Outlook desktop client or universal IMAP/SMTP network protocols (for NAS, Docker, and Linux servers).

Email Reading Configuration (Today's STR Reports)

Scans today's received emails for MEWS STR (from noreply@mews.li with subject containing STR) and TWIK STR (subject containing TWIK STR), matches the hotel name/abbreviation at the end of the email subject, and saves attachments as STR+YYYYMMDD+HotelName in the Archive Directory.

Select or type the email account / mailbox address used to receive raw PMS reports.

Automated Email Sending Configuration (Send Daily STR Report)

If any active hotel is missing its raw report for TODAY-1, or is set to Ignore, that hotel is removed from today's generated STR file and highlighted in the outgoing email body.

Select or type the Outlook account used to send the daily STR report email.

Execution Audit Notification

Every time a daily STR workflow completes, an execution summary log email will be sent to the specified administrator mailbox, detailing delivery status, filled hotels, and any missing PMS reports.

The administrator or manager email address(es) that will receive the daily execution summary report. Supports multiple recipients separated by semicolon (;) or comma (,).
